Sunset in the Park.

I'm always fascinated with this part of Hout Bay. It seems to have so many different moods every time I drive by.
I had my camera with me this time and just had to stop.

Pointing to the Universe.
This is the last Milkyway image I'll post from this trip to Kagga Kamma..., I think.

This particular rock outcrop looked like a small house with a chimney from afar. I eyed it out as a foreground piece in a composition in my head.

When I clambered out in the darkness that night, I couldn't find it. That's what I thought. The rock looked so different when I got close up. There just wasn't the same composition that I 'planned' in my head. Anyway, the 'chimney' still produced a nice foreground I think.

I've taken a lot from this trip, I've learnt new things about my camera, how to push the boundaries, final editing and photography in general. What a bonus. The best thing is there is still so much more to learn...., ☺️
