Digging through some photos in my archives for my website is actually such a fun trip down memory lane. I photographed Marli in 2016, how is that a decade ago?
I simply love Johannesburg and I’ll never get tired of the skyline. What a treat to look at these photos and remember one of the many rooftops I’ve been on to photograph couples in the city.

This is Tannie Aaltjie, my neighbour and friend. Let me tell you, this lady is a whole vibe. She is funny, filled with life lessons and wisdom. She is caring and forever curious. She is and advocate for women in tough situations, single mothers and what is right. She went all the way to court with me to cheer me on and support me when I had to fight a terrible domestic violence case.

This wonderful woman attended a party and when I saw her beautiful outfit, I absolutely had to photograph her.
Some people come in your life and just touch your heart, Aaltjie is definitely one of those strong and inspirational women.

Hannah & Luke celebrated with a beautiful intimate wedding at Clico Boutique Hotel in Rosebank.

I loved this wedding in particular because of all the raw and beautiful moments that I captured in a true and unscripted documentary style.

Monate Game Lodge is truly a magical venue. This wedding of Tarryn & Mark will always be a firm favourite experience I've had.
The magic of the string lights, the outdoor setting, long tables and laughter was the perfect combination to celebrate their love.
