If you are interested in booking a photoshoot with me, please read the following:
• A 50% booking fee is required in order to book the photoshoot.
• A booking with me is only confirmed when a client has paid their booking fee.
• The client must also confirm the time, date and venue/location where the photos will be taken. This may mean extra costs or it may be a location where I prefer not to shoot due to safety concerns for myself and the client.
*Location and Venue Policy*
• Please note that once a location or venue has been confirmed, it cannot be changed at the last minute. Last-minute changes affect scheduling and may not be possible due to other bookings or prior commitments.
• All booking fees are non - refundable but transferrable, meaning if you are unable to make it to your photoshoot, your booking fee will be transferred to a future photoshoot session.
• Please arrive to your photoshoot session at least 30 minutes beforehand to allow me to find parking, make any last clothing adjustments, and find our meeting spot.
• If you know you tend to run late, i would even recommend getting there an hour ahead of time. Arriving early is the single most helpful thing you can do for a smooth photoshoot session.
• Should it rain, the photoshoot will be reschedule to another day.
• You are welcome to bring props and any relatable items to make your photoshoot session a success. I am not responsible for most props related to your concept and ideas.
• Please provide your concepts, vision and ideas to me before your photoshoot session. The more you put into your photoshoot session the better.
• Newborn shoots occur in the comfort of your own home. I come to your home. No need to lug around all that baby gear. If your baby needs a feed, we can take a break. If your baby is awake - it is totally okay. You can include siblings, grandparents and family members in some of the photos.
• You will receive all the photos taken, edited in color, black and white that will be sent to you digital free and, or on a USB stick.
• Please make sure that you backup your photos. Pixels And Me Photography won't be responsible for any loss of photos. Make sure that you please BACKUP.
• Unlike other photographers, I garuantee a super fast delivery! I work extremely hard everyday to make sure that you receive your photos in a timely manner, because nobody wants to wait too long to see their photos.
• You can choose your own venue/location if it's within George.
• Traveling costs may apply if photoshoot takes place outside George.
• Please note that prices are subject to change and may vary depending on specific requirements.
• I ask you to NOT alter photos, it reflects my work. The photos MAY NOT be re-edited in any way, or using filters via Instagram, or any other photo editing apps. When photos are posted on social media, credit is to be given to Pixels And Me Photography
• If you want specific edits made to a photo, make that clear and request them to me.
• If you feel like doing something more extravagant, then bring along that ball gown, or wonderful dress that you've always wanted to feature! The most important thing is that you will be YOU in YOUR photoshoot!
• Family photoshoots can last between an hour or two hours with outfit changes (optional).
• You will never hear me say, 'smile,' at a photoshoot session to avoid the cheesy grins.
• I will give directions where to look, or stand or ask you to play along while I'll be capturing everyone being themselves.
