For the past few years, our GEOLFA teams competing in the Third Division have been struggling.

But it’s not because we lack talent or quality on the field. The real challenge has been the Under-21 rule at that level.

My recommendation:
Our local Football Association should consider introducing the same Under-21 rule here at home. This would help our players gain the right experience and prepare them better for the demands of the Third Division.

If this can be taken into consideration, I believe our teams will be stronger, more competitive, and ready to push forward in the years to come. 💪🔥

Meet Inathi “Chairman” Mabele

One of the most disciplined and talented young man coming out of George⚽💪

This season Inathi didn’t get much game time on the school football field, but what stood out to me most was his attitude. He was always on the bench, cheering, encouraging, and supporting his teammates like a true leader. That’s the spirit of the game right there. 💚

And leadership doesn’t go unnoticed.
3 weeks ago, Inathi was elected Captain of the U19 team at Imizamo Yethu Secondary School 👏🏽🏆

This is what real leadership looks like not just talent, but character, discipline, and putting the team first. Many young players can learn a lot from him.

Well done, Chairman. The future is yours. Keep leading by example 🔥
