I am slowly going to start putting up my Indonaesia pics from trip to Manado & Lembeh Straits at beginning of October 2017. They will be coming in dribs and drabs as I took over 4500 pics ... and have had to select either the good pics, or the not so good ones ... but such a unique critter that I just had to share. You literally cannot take anything at face value, or should we call it ... "eye value". There is always a shrimp or some other kind of critter sitting on top of or right next to whatever you are photographing. It happened more than once that I have only seen these things after downloading my pics and zooming in. TOO many times the dive guide would point out something, and I literally could not see it with my naked eye. So I held up the camera and shot away in the hope that I would capture whatever amazing critter they were showing me. A pregnant pygmy seahorse smaller than your pinky nail, a Lembeh Sea Dragon that looked like a piece of floating moss and so so much more. Unfortunately due to the language barrier a lot of these things are still unidentified to me ... so if you can help in this regard, please do :)
Without a doubt, THEE most amazing and unique diving I have ever done, and I will be back without a doubt. For the macro photographers out there ... Lembeh straits cannot be beaten !!!
