I love photographing a couple in a season before becoming husband and wife

The excitement, the anticipation, the way they look at each other when they think no one is watching. . .

An engagement session isn’t really about getting the “perfect” photos.

It’s about having a little space to slow down, be together, laugh a lot, and document the version of your relationship before the wedding day arrives.

And honestly getting to witness that kind of love up close never gets old.

Also had a chance to play with my dream lens and oh what joy!! 🤍

I think that’s what I love most about wedding days — the beauty isn’t only in the big moments.
Sometimes it’s found in the stillness.
