Kim Mcleod Photography

Kim Mcleod Photography The art of capturing the human experience. A spilt second in time captures an eternity in a single frame.

This is what makes me passionate & excited about photography. Trying to capture the unique human experience highlighted by the mystery of conservation and the incredible natural animal behavior. The uniqueness of this canvas allows me to craft photographic images full of mood and emotion. "Learning about life, loyalty and freedom”

A true dream destination… there is simply nothing else like it.

Coming face-to-face with these magnificent gorillas in their natural habitat is something that can’t fully be put into words. Their eye contact is magnetic—you feel their intelligence, their hierarchy, even their playful spirit in the moment.

Photographing them is far more challenging than you might expect… but don’t worry, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

And then there’s Uganda—an incredibly, vibrant, and fascinating country that adds so much more to the experience.

📍 3–13 June 2027
📸 10 days | All inclusive (including Gorilla & Chimp permits)

This is an intimate trip limited to just 5 guests… and there may be only ONE spot left.

In the bush, time loosens its grip. The calendar fades, the clock quiets, and suddenly… every day feels like Friday.

If you’re lucky enough to spend a few days in the bush, something shifts. You stop counting days. You start noticing moments — the sound of birds at sunrise, the warmth of the sun, the stillness under a sky full of stars.

And honestly? That’s the real luxury.

Here’s to slowing down, switching off, and remembering what it feels like to just be.

Happy weekend 🌿

A dry riverbed can feel empty at first glance, but it’s really a place of hidden movement. The quiet isn’t absence; it’s subtlety. Animals pass through without announcing themselves, blending into the landscape, leaving only faint signs behind. If you don’t slow down and really look, it all slips past unnoticed.
