While we still waiting to polish few things prior to reopening, let's indulge in this subject: Modeling Academy vs Modeling Agency.

Right. Genesis Modeling will have both departments in-house 💃🏾
Modeling Academy first of all you are required to pay school fees from registration to trainings you going to do...these trainings are not accredited with department of Education therefore you can't use them to find work however they help you to equip yourself with the Modeling industry Dos and Donts .

It depends on how long the training might take. Here it's five months long.
Even the contract you'll sign it will bind you for five months.
It's advisable to start and finish so that you can empower yourself and be verstile in your art.

Each training it's 4 weeks...
Only on weekends. Don't worry much if you are at school or work during the week.

Agencies, you don't pay anything, no registrations fee, no monthly fee nothing. The minute the agency want money from you it's a Red 🚩
Don't pay, search for another one.
Here's the tricky part, agencies Don't just sign anyone near that in your mind.
They look for an X Factor, someone they can bank on.. and looks are seasonal don't lose hope when searching for an agency. They might decline you now but bank on you later. Just keep on requesting and accept rejection it's big part of the industry . Nothing personal.
Let me emphasize DO NOT PAY ANY AGENCY PRIOR YOU PAY AFTER GETTING WORK.
