This package entails:
- Coordination during the day of the event (0800 – 17:00) (9h)
- Schedule planning (3½h)

o Schedule for florist

Please take note of the following aspects:
Travel costs and accommodation
First 50km are free
Further than 50 km will be charged at R3 p/km according to
the AA scale.
A logbook will be kept as proof of traveling expenses.
Travel and accommodation costs are dependent on the
location, distance and duration of the event.
This is only applicable for traveling done on the day of the
event.
Applies to venues out of Paarl, Wellington, Stellenbosch
and Northern Suburbs.

The Bronze Package is perfect for the creative bride who has her wedding under control, but do not want the stress of running around the week before of on the day of her wedding. This package gives the client the peace of mind that everything will go according to plan.
SILVER PACKAGE
Decor and styling
This package entails:
- Mood boards, floor plan, color palette and pictures of mock.
(1h)
- First decor conceptualizing meeting (2h)
- 3 additional consultations (3h)
- Decor sourcing (4h)
- Flower sourcing (2h)
- Décor set-up and styling (2h)
- Mock-up (counts as one of the 3 consultations)
- Conceptualizing of ceremony -, pre-drinks -, and reception
ideas (3h)
- Set-up of suppliers listings for décor (2h)
- Contact with suppliers (3h)
- Set-up of decor and styling schedule for suppliers (2h)
- On the day styling (max 3 hours)

Description
The Golden Package is perfect for the bride who still wants to be part of her wedding, but needs assistance with the overall planning. This package gives the bride peace of mind on the day of her wedding, and also assists her with the décor and styling elements that will round off the wedding. The bride is therefore in charge of sourcing her own suppliers and for meeting up with them, for example the photographer, videographer, stationer, cake, DJ, entertainment, etc. Recommendations can be made on request.
