Frozen Drool

When I came back from Antarctica 2 years ago, I was disappointed in my photos. They weren’t sharp … and I didn’t have clarity around on what I wanted to capture. Okay, let’s be honest … I kind of slept through the expedition.

Antarctica 2025 was different. I upgraded my camera body to a R6Mark ii and rented a Canon 100-500 from . I couldn’t be more happy with the results.

Here we go. I have started editing. Let’s start with this sleeping crabeater seal with frozen drool. It was shot a distance from a zodiac. 😊
