Cape Collective Assist is a crew agency in Cape Town that provides a team-based photography assistant model. This model allows clients to book familiar photography assistants, with the option of booking pairs or small crews too. We provide professional photo assistants, lighting assistants and digital operators to professional photographers. We believe that the best assistants contribute technical

This year CCA will be joining the amazing NGO 'Project I Am'. Helping the township youth from Cape Town dream about careers in the film industry through a film and photography school in Langa.

The sign-up date for the project is this Saturday 13 January in Langa. If you know of someone that would like to be involved, or if you would like to donate or get involved please have a look at the website below and poster.

Looking forward to creating some success stories this year along with all the wonderful people that have fuelled this amazing project over the last few years.

We are really excited to be a part of this and progress the industry.

The PhotoHire pros took our team through some pre-season prepping. The workshop entailed all the ins-and-outs of the latest photographic and film equipment from cameras to lighting and everything in between.

Thanks to PhotoHire for taking the time and making the effort to help us ensure our assistants are up-to-date with the equipment they'll be working with this season.
