A few highlight frames from the Jonkershoek Mountain Challenge 2026 by . Keeping the camera dry and the lens clean was a sport of its own out there, but the runners absolutely smashed it despite the tough conditions.

Trail running is better together. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨

Looking back at some highlights from the TSSL Kirstenbosch event in January. This race is always a highlight for the families. Seeing the kids tackle the night trails with so much grit and excitement is the best part of the job.

Nothing beats a summer evening on the mountain with the whole family!

Reflecting on an incredible morning from three weeks ago at the 2025 in Cape Town.

This was my second year documenting the race, and the energy seems to reach a new level every time. This rugged stretch of coastline is a photographer’s dream, though I think the athletes would agree it's a bit more "breath-taking" for them than it is for me!

Immense respect to everyone who braved the elements. I’ve put together a gallery of my favorite moments capturing the grit and the scenery.

Another spectacular night out on the trails in Kirstenbosch. With so many kids taking part, it's a proper fun filled evening with families relaxing on the lawns post race enjoying a pizza.

Have you ever driven down Blaauwklippen Road on your way to one of the valley’s stunning wineries? Now imagine running along the Blouklip River, up towards the Helderberg Mountain, and across to Stellenbosch Mountain, surrounded by breathtaking views and vineyards.
