Rempart Mountain, one of the tallest mountains in Mauritius, standing tall at 772m ASL, as captured from the summit of Tourelle du Tamarin. A 04h40 start ensured we could catch the sunrise in time. The sun emitted a soft beam of light as it peaked through the clouds, illuminating the peak and farmlands in the foreground.
This image was straight from the camera. Fujifilm's colour science never ceases to amaze me. I haven't lugged my camera kit up a mountain in more than 2 years, evident in my lack of posting to my feed. It's part and parcel of bringing kids into the world I guess! I do however, feel inspired to start shooting again. I have forgotten just how much I love landscape phototherapy!
