I have been blessed this year to participate in the weddings of some truly special people, and it has been great fun .... here's what this lovely couple had to say ....
Dear David,
finding the right photographer for a special occasion isn't the easiest thing in the world. Doing that for a wedding is even worse. The person a bride and groom are searching for isn't just supposed to take pictures, but to capture atmosphere, be visible and invisible in the right moments and to make everyone around (especially bride and groom) feel comfortable with a camera around them in a very special situation. A tough job given the fact that the pictures in the end should be impressive and outstanding - simply one of a kind, speaking from the expectations of the couples you work with.
You have been this genius and even more. You have captured our special day in a way that is beyond our expectations and which still brings tears of joy to our eyes when we look at your pictures - they will keep this day truly alive for us and our family. That alone is already an outstanding achievement. But looking only at the results of your work wouldn't be the complete picture: You have handled our booking from 11000 kilometres away absolutely professionally, you have been reliable, punctual creative and resilient and by being so you've been an asset to the "success" of our wedding. We enjoyed working with you, laughing with you and we are grateful not only for your pictures and related services but for you realising all our wishes.
David, you are a true artist and professional at the same time - a rare combination. Moreover you are a very sensitive and truly great person. Stay the way you are and keep doing what you do - amaze couples and help them memorize "their day" as you helped us memorizing ours - Inimitable.
