All the way from Singapore to the mountains of Bainskloof! These two couldn’t have chosen a more exquisite venue for their intimate wedding ceremony, with just their closest family in attendance and a few uninvited (but very welcome) guests 🫏 🫏 🫏

This life… it’s busy and messy and not slowing down for any of us.

We’re witnessing an age where people are shaping life experiences specially for the ‘gram, and it remains an unbelievable privilege (and responsibility) to capture authentic memories, in the hope that we can slow them down.

One day not far from now that goose won’t be so exciting, and that rock won’t taste so good. One day those little fingers won’t feel so soft, and dad won’t be able to lift you onto his shoulders.

So many of my childhood memories are anchored by the photos that were printed and hung on walls, and I hope that remains for you and yours. ❤️

A black and white ode to a perfect day 🤍

I’ve been inadvertently hoarding memories, but I’ll be changing that. It’s a crazy time and we need all the love and the real and the precious to hold on to! And hold on tight.

I’m editing so many absolutely magical moments with these two, and their nearest and dearest, from the most beautiful celebration in Tulbagh. Jane and Pandy, you two are the epitome of all that is still right with this world! 🥂✨ 🥰

Dezemba may be over, but the memories will tide us over until next time ✨

What an unbelievable privilege to capture real moments like these, and to be able to immerse myself in a world of completely authentic imagery. Gosh I love what I do!

This session had been in the pipeline for well over a year, and to see how happy this family is just to spend time together was truly special. The birds have flown the nest again, but with very special memories to hold on to. ❤️

Golden hour just hits differently in the lowveld 😍

What an absolutely incredible celebration of these two, in a favourite place, with many of their favourite people, and a site they hand-picked to say their vows and kick off the rest of their lives together.

Friends flew in from far and wide and decades past, and were treated to the most luxurious retreat at Bushveld Bivouac.

Thank you to Lee and Alix for spoiling us with this little slice of heaven in the bush. 🥰

It’s almost time to get these two dear friends married, and I’m absolutely frothing for it!

We fought the crowds to chase this sunset in a favourite place, and it was wonderful. Some days hit differently in Cape Town. Some things are worth waiting for.

Lee, thank you for bringing Alix into our lives. And Al - thank you for loving our polar bear so well ❤️

There’s something about watching a group of international guests stomping to mango groove, that just hits differently. Africa just gets into your bones ❤️

For Roxy & Katie, celebrating their I do’s in Cape Town meant they brought together friends and family from all over the world, to celebrate their love for each other and this magical country. It was one helluva party, and an absolutely perfect day. ☺️

Some say they can feel the rain in their bones, well in advance... I feel that way about a massive jol, and this one had been brewing for some time… possibly even 17 years 🤣

The rain held back last weekend, but thankfully nobody else did! And these two threw a celebration like no other, to kick off the start of the rest of their lives together. (Now and forever firmly out of the friend zone) ❤️

What an absolutely perfect celebration of these two! Nelani and I loved being there - thank you SO much Jules and Matt for having us 🫶🏼

Summer in Cape Town with this beautiful family ✨

Capetonians spent an unusually large amount of time talking about the weather. So did Barbara and I, in the lead up to her family session. But this evening was absolutely worth the wait.

My goodness but the Mother City showed off for us! 😍
