Elrine & Kobus, what a gift it has been to walk this journey alongside you. 🥹We’ve been doing life with Elrine for quite some time, and witnessing the way the Lord has so beautifully written their story leaves us in awe.

And Kobus, man oh man. The intention, the thought, the heart behind your proposal was nothing short of special. It is so evident that Elrine is deeply loved.

Waldo & Inge -

Joy. Utterly and uncompromisingly joyful.

While Inge was walking the aisle, Waldo was unable to speak. After he gathered himself, his first words to Inge were “Jy is ongelooflik mooi. Ek het nie woorde nie”. My heart stopped. Waldo was soaking up every glance of his bride, his dearly beloved Inge.

When we prayed over 2025, one word kept settling into our hearts; victory.
And now, standing on the other side of the year, I can truly testify… it was exactly that. 🥂

Our greatest victory was the one that changed everything: falling pregnant with our precious baba, whom we will meet in just a few short days. A miracle that still leaves us in awe.

Beyond that, Come Honey experienced victories that we will never take lightly. We were blessed with returning clients, new faces, and — somehow — the most lekker people. 🤌🏻 The kind of people my extroverted heart could truly connect with. People who welcomed us into their most sacred spaces and allowed us to witness some of the most beautiful, vulnerable, life changing moments.

As we prayed into 2026, a new word was placed on our hearts; momentum.
And oh man… we are so expectant, so grateful, and so excited to see what this year will bring.

To every past and future client: thank you for trusting Chris and I with your stories, your memories, your sacred moments. We are deeply honoured, endlessly thankful, and incredibly blessed to walk this journey with you.

Christiaan + Annje

I had the honour of standing beside my sister as her bridesmaid, and the joy of capturing her wedding day through my lens. Weddings are always magical, but watching your sister marry the one she loves most is something truly surreal.

The Bible says, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing,” and it’s the most beautiful realisation to know that my sister is someone’s good thing. My heart is so full. ✨

While Maria was getting ready, her mother leaned over to me and said, “Enjoy your pregnancy. It’s only a split second from their birth to their wedding day.”
It stopped me in my tracks.

She had just watched her daughter’s life flash before her eyes, and in that moment, reminded me to savour every sacred second with our little baba.

In the first slide, you’ll see her looking out the window, watching Maria’s first look with her father. He too, was soaking it all in.

Yes, weddings are about covenant, but they’re also about being present. About slowing down and holding onto the fleeting moments with the people who mean the most.

May we all be a little more like Maria’s mother fully present, fully tender, fully here. 🤍

Christiaan & Annje | Engagement

It’s not just any couple, it’s my little sister and her fiancé. 💍 I had the absolute honour of capturing their engagement in beautiful Ballito this past weekend.

Christiaan is kind, steady, and loves Annje with a deep, quiet strength. It’s something truly surreal to speak to your sister’s forever person and see just how loved she is.

We are beyond excited for their big day in November, and even more excited to watch them build their life together. 🤍
