📸 RCFisher PHOTOGRAPHY service – Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Client may cancel without additional charges, but the deposit will not be refunded.

Client will be charged [70%] of the total agreed fee, if they cancel 30 or more days before event/shoot.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once without extra charge if requested at least 14 days before the original date.

Dates are subject to photographer’s availability.

Additional reschedules may incur an 20% fee.
