A GREAT START TO THE EQUI-FEEDS Western Cape Equitation CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Despite the howling Noordhoek wind the WC Equitation riders showed a great standard of riding today in the under 10, Welcome and Novice classes. Here are some sneak peaks at the champions so far!

I managed to capture everybody's championship tests and photos will be available in the week so keep an eye on the page!

SHOWJUMPERS AT EUROPA THIS WEEKEND!

I will be competing at the Europa show this Sunday, however I will be taking my camera for requests! I will be able to photograph at least one class of the 80cm, 1m, 1.10m, 1.20m and 1.30m (unfortunately not the 90cm).

I have been quiet for quite a while - finally competing my own horse!

Drought + Neglect

Something a little different. These images were for a photo diary assignment where I had to choose a theme and shoot within its parameters. The emotions of these photos only really hit me when I was putting them all together.

All the animals are at the SPCA in Grassy Park and some of them are still looking for homes. I can highly recommend a visit to them, even if it's just to take the horses, ponies and donkeys some carrots - every little bit of help counts.

Good luck to all of the Eventers this weekend!

Unfortunately I won't be taking photos all weekend but I have sponsored some prizes. It's going to be a fantastic event and let's hope there aren't too many close calls like this one!
