Yesterday was the opening night of my Hidden Palette - Seasons exhibition at the Noordhoek Art Point Gallery.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came to celebrate with me and support this journey, especially those who drove over the mountain to be there. It truly meant so much.

I was also delighted that BORN OF LIGHT (1/5) became the first piece to find a new home, a very fitting beginning.

I’m excited for the journey ahead and would love for you to visit if you get the chance. My hope is that these images will continue to encourage and inspire others, wherever they may find themselves in the changing seasons of life.

TITLE: BORN OF LIGHT

It feels fitting to begin here—with an image that reflects so much of what draws me to photography: light, colour, and the quiet details in nature that can so easily go unnoticed.

Through editing, I search for the colours already held within an image and gently bring them forward—not to create something that was never there, but to reveal what might otherwise have remained unseen.
