Meet DeWet Lindy-YoliHomes
A few weeks ago she attended our Online Artificial Intelligence Training and her growth and eagerness to learning has been phenomenal.
But wait ✋️... it didn't stop there.
Not only did Lindy have a whole game changer in her business she also picked up from a past skill and joined our 1day Photography and Studio Fundamentals Training Program last week with Changemakers Woman Empowerment Organization.
Lindy was awarded by Lens to Legacy to attend YoungPeople Basic Office Administration training and this is what she had to say:
"Good Morning Amy, I trust you are keeping well.
I would like to share my experience of attending the Basic Office Administration course, which was so kindly gifted to me.
When I was invited to attend—I must honestly admit that I wondered whether the course would be suitable for me as I already have experience and qualifications in office administration. However, I decided to accept the opportunity and I am so glad that I did.
Although much of the course content was familiar to me and I did not learn many new skills, what I gained from the experience was something that cannot always be taught in a classroom — wonderful new people and meaningful connections.
The people I met was truly phenomenal. It reminded me that learning is not always only about gaining new knowledge; sometimes it is about sharing, connecting and growing together.
I would also like to give special recognition to Chante, our instructor. She was professional, patient and incredibly approachable. She made everyone feel comfortable and was always willing to explain things and assist where needed. Her patience and kindness really stood out to me.
Most importantly, I am grateful that I said “yes” to this opportunity. Sometimes the greatest value in a course is not only what we learn, but also the people we meet and the connections we make along the way.
Thank you once again for the thoughtful gift and for giving me the opportunity to meet such wonderful people. I truly appreciate it 🌸
