Thankfully I exercise as well; otherwise I would be exhausjust just watching this crowd at the new Iron Heart gym in Bredasdorp.
It was great pleasure to capture real moments of 'pain', self-inflicted pressure, perseverance and satisfaction of achieving a goal. Keep up the good work.

One takes for granted the fact that you walk into a supermarket and everything that you need is there: the racks are packed; the bread rolls are baked; and the cakes look delicious. The specials are well marked and the people who work there are friendly.

Taking pictures at 6h30, with an entire staff repacking shelves, packing out confectionaries and washing floors, with a friendly smile on their faces, was an experience, as they had already been there a few hours when I arrived.
These simple things don't just happen.

Such a friendly experience, from a proud staff, with a great cuppa java!
