Our case was dismissed. Apparently the High Court only can decide on this..

One thing is for sure. The people of Makwate was betrayed by many.

The last Land Tribunal court date is this coming Thursday 22 August 2019.

We will represent again and let you know. Also, please come and support at court if you can. 9am in Palapye. Our case is first.

Whatever the outcome is, the full [2 year] story will be published after.

Apart from those having good health now.....

Every person living in Makwate who has or had TB.

The 20 plus ex-RSA- mineworkers, now living in Makwate, and part of mining Silicosis (disease that affects the lungs) setttlement.

Those with asthma and possibly temporary lung infections.

The quarry is a danger to these vulnerable people.

People are feeling the effects now more and more....
