Weather it be an engagement, weddings an elopement, maternity, family or fashion I am here to help. Photography started in my early years with my father telling me about his developing skills at his boarding school in Rhodesia. It was when I was sent to boarding school that I jumped at the chance and chose photography as my art major. I spent my senior years locked in a tiny dark room with a singl

e red bulb and the stench of chemicals around me. I even ended up developing a few of the other scholar’s exam pieces. When I left school I didn’t have the opportunity to continue studying the art form and so my interest slowly disappeared. Film gave way to digital and it was a number of years later that I had the chance to go and work in Angola. Wanting to capture my experiences, I bought myself an entry level DSLR camera and it wasn’t long for my passion to be reignited. I have since turned it from a hobby to a small personal business. With better equipment and a home studio, I am always looking for the next opportunity to try something different. Thanks for looking. OK its been along time... Covid has given us all something to think about. For a while my heart has been with the high schoolers. How they have worked so hard to get to their final year. Their sporting goals that they wish to achieve. The parties & Matric dances and the excitements of "what are we going to wear" and "who are we going to take". All of this taken away by this pandemic. I remember my Matric dance all to well. I've missed photographing these events due to lockdowns. I've missed the energy and excitement. This group were all so young.... and yet so serious about their event (as they should be). I am certainly hoping that there will be many more of these in the months & years to come.

I can go on and on and on about how beautiful the venue is. About how its on our back door step and yet you feel a million miles away when you are there. Seriously everyone if you are looking for a venue for a wedding or a corporate business function this place is for you!!!! If you are looking for a venue for a wedding or a conference.... this is the place! Before you have even arrived one takes the most amazingly beautiful and scenic drive past the farmers market. On arrival you are hit with the grandeur of the building and its grounds. You will not be disappointed. This was a Spar Corporate event where we were all entertained by the amazing Qadasi aka David Jenkins another definite for any event!

2020 has been a tough year for many including myself. But there are always joys if you know where to look for them. This little guy came into the world during a very difficult time and has brought much joy to all those that know him. I had fun with these images. What a beautiful family

At a time when the world seems a little bit smaller and a little bit crazier. It is important to reflect on what is truly important in ones life. Covid19 will pass and life will carry on . Making memories with family is what keeps me moving forward. Today I got to make new memories with mine. My beautiful twins had their 1st birthday. Although a party with my extended family on Skype was not what we had in mind, we all got to share the special moment and a little chuckle at the same time after which I decided to capture the day with this family portrait. Happy birthday my beautiful babies. Lets keep making memories.

A very very happy anniversary for yesterday to an amazing couple Jason & Caroline King. I remember this day like it was yesterday. It holds a special memory as my assistant/wife had just found out she was pregnant. There was so much love and laughter on the day.... Unforgettable. I would totally relive this weekend ❤️👍. All the best you two love birds. May you have many many more happy memories ahead of you. All our lv the HSP team 😎👍
