A massive thank you to .mouton.148 and for such a fantastic session. We had the best time, and your energy completely shines through in every single frame.

Thank you for trusting me to capture these memories. I hope you love looking through these moments as much as I loved capturing them!

Part 4 of the Marquard adventure.

This time around, the lens is on the Blesbok. Getting to slow down and focus on just a few of these incredible animals quietly moving through the bush is always an experience 🦌.

What a gift πŸ™ŒπŸ“Έ

Marquard photo dump, part 3! πŸ¦“ πŸ™Œ πŸ“Έ

Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, these beautiful zebras entered the frame. There is something so mesmerizing about watching them move through the landscape. It's impossible not to stop and stare.

I'm winding down to the last of my favorite shots from this getaway. Which wildlife post has been your favorite so far? Let me know! πŸ‘‡

Part 2 of my quick escape to Marquard 😁

There is nothing quite like the thrill of turning a corner and finding yourself face-to-face with the locals. Getting to look through my lens and capturing these beauties in the open was an absolute treat πŸ¦ŒπŸŒ„πŸ”₯

The outdoors just keep delivering πŸ“Έ

I'm still sorting through so many frames - which photo is your favorite so far?

Kicking off a little recap of my quick trip to Marquard.

There is honestly nothing better than escaping the city, getting out into nature, and just losing yourself in taking photos.

Huge thank you to .jvr for the escape! Part 1 of many πŸ“ΈπŸ΄

There is a quiet majesty to Nguni cattle that's hard to put into words. It's not just the patterns; it's how they carry themselves in the landscape.

I've been experimenting with a new editing workflow lately, specifically playing with selective color saturation and localized sharpening. I put it to the test on these Nguni cattle shots.

It's all about finding that balance between 'pop' and 'natural'.

What do you think of these edits? Too much or just enough?

Capturing pets is all about patience and perspective. When shooting at the dog's eye level, you completely transform the final image. It makes them feel like the star of the show. πŸΆπŸ˜ŽπŸ“Έ
