Photography for me is more than just capturing moments—it's about connecting with the essence of the world around us. I find peace in nature, the delicate beauty of flowers, and the comforting presence of cats. I deeply believe in treating others with kindness and respect, the way I’d want to be treated. To me, everyone is equally loved by God, and no one is better than another. I’m a bit of an ov

er-thinker, someone who loves and feels things deeply. When I pick up my camera, everything else fades away, and I find myself in a quiet, creative world where I can truly express myself. Though I’m an introvert and it might take a little time for me to open up, I’m very relaxed when I’m comfortable around you. My husband, along with the moments I spend with friends and family, are incredibly important to me. While I don’t care much for material wealth, I believe that how you treat others speaks volumes. I’m here to capture genuine, heartfelt moments that reflect the love and beauty in your life.

This wedding in the Karoo at Rusoord Wedding Venue and Functions was really something special. The mountains, the music, the people and the slow atmosphere all came together so naturally.

Days like these remind me why I love photographing weddings. Just honest moments and good people surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

Thank you Sunette Sunette Swanepoel Photography for trusting me to photograph this wedding solo under your business. I’m really grateful to have been part of it.

More from this beautiful day soon 🤍

Monique glowed in the way only a mother carrying new life can, and Charl stayed close, proud and tender, the way love looks when it has grown into something deeper.

Baby Elreign is coming in May, and this little family is already so beautifully complete 🤍

something has been quietly shifting.

when I picked up a camera in 2021, I didn’t fully know what I was building. I just knew I saw the world in a way I needed to document — the light through the trees, the moment before someone notices you’re watching, beauty that exists whether or not anyone frames it.

in 2023 I took the leap and made this my whole life. and somewhere along the way, inge photography started feeling too small for what this has become.

so today, I’m introducing sōlmere studios. sōl for the sun. mere for the water. two things I’m always chasing with my lens. a name that finally feels like the work.

the heart of what I do hasn’t changed. I still photograph the way I always have. quietly, and with intention. but there’s more room now. more vision. more of what I’ve always been moving toward.
where you are seen, and beauty simply happens.

thank you for being here from the beginning, and thank you for being here now. I can’t wait to show you what’s coming.

Some photos become more valuable with time, and today I’m reminded why.

In December I had the privilege of photographing a beautiful graduation for this family. What I remember most about that day was his joy. He laughed easily, smiled constantly, and you could see how incredibly proud he was of his daughter. The kind of presence that fills a space with warmth.

Hearing of his passing is deeply sad. Life can change so quickly.

But I keep thinking about those moments we captured — the smiles, the pride, the quiet in-between moments with his family. Moments that now become memories that will live on through photographs.

What a privilege it was to photograph him and his family, and to know that those images will always exist as a reminder of the joyful, proud man he was.

Thinking of his family in this difficult time 🤍
