Client communication is just as important as your photography 📸
One of the biggest things that separates professionals from hobbyists isn’t the camera they use, It’s how they handle difficult conversations.
When clients ask for RAW files, quicker turnaround times, extra edits, more photos etc … your response should always follow three simple steps:
✔️ Acknowledge their request
✔️ Set clear boundaries
✔️ Offer an alternative when possible
Being professional doesn’t mean saying “yes” to everything. It means communicating your process with confidence, respect, and clarity.
Remember: the way you communicate builds trust just as much as the images you deliver 🙌🏼
