So it has been a while since i have posted anything on my photography page. It's been a hectic year with lots of changes like relocating to Mozambique, selling my beautiful house in Durban etc.
Here in Moz we have had a lot of rain lately and when it finally stopped and the sun came out for a short while so did all the butterflies, loads of them flitting around our wild flower bushes so i just had to pick up my camera again and head out to see what action shots i could capture of these beautiful creatures.
Please bare in mind that they do NOT stay still for a second just flitting from one flower to another...... enjoy!!

Well this year started off with a BANG, one child left home for distant shores another got married, our house got sold in super quick time and now we are here in Mozambique. So i haven't been able to do my regular trip to the Kruger National Park yet.....i have however had the privilege of drinking my morning coffee on my "Stoep" while watching the sun rise. I never get tired of this. And the one morning that the sun failed to come out, it rained, stopped, the sun came out then and th rain continued giving us the most beautiful rainbow.

I recently had the opportunity to take photo's of a very special wedding. My stepdaughter got married in a fairytale wedding and when I say fairytale it was truly a fairytale wedding and they were the Elf King and Queen........it was truly a beautiful day.

I was not the officisl photographer on this special day but i did capture some great photo's for them to remember the day.
