An Australian Ghostshark, or Elephant shark glides along the Seagrass beds in southern Tasmania. This creature is in fact not a shark, but a close relative that belongs to the Holocephali (Chimaeras). They use their plough-shaped nose to look for food along the bottom.
I used a longer exposure paired with video lights and rear curtain flash sync to get the glowing light trails around the animal, with the purpose of giving it a spooky appearance. Shot using a .anz A1 in a .com.hk housing and HF-1 strobes.
