Spotlight // Woman in biz, Nerissa from has reinvented herself during our lockdowns and has come out the other side as a Buteyko breathwork coach.

Working 1:1 with peeps to help them anxiety, stress etc. I for one know how powerful her work is, as Iā€™ve been her client and have benefited immensely from using her Buteyko breathing techniques.

What I loved most about Nerissaā€™s new biz, is that sheā€™s putting herself out there. Out of her comfort zone and getting in frame, to be the face of her biz. Her brand spankinā€™ new website is live and I couldnā€™t be more proud of her.

Your newborn love bubble captured in a lifestyle session. I'm very much a, come as you are and go with the flow kinda vibe. Awesome for older kids too, as they don't feel like a performing poodle and told to smile for the 'camera lady'.

The best thing about this session is you can have it whenever you're ready. There's no time limit on how fresh your babe needs to be. The longer you wait the more alert and interactive your babe will be. That's a major plus.

Hello friends new and old.
Thank you for being - here. Something I donā€™t take lightly. Itā€™s been a whirlwind week which has brought a huge injection of life and inspiration back into my biz, when I was feeling quite down and out.

šŸŒŸSomething you may not know about me.

When I begin losing the belief in myself as a business owner and getting caught up in the constant low vibration, you know what I do to get out of my funk?

šŸŒ±I go out for lots of walks and I play in nature. I climb trees, lay on the grass (think starfish style), speak to birds and trees or anything that comes my way.

šŸ’”If this nature medicine is so good for our kids then why not for the adults too? šŸ˜‰

šŸ™ŒYes itā€™s no secret, I love all the woowoo, BUT one thing I know for sure, is that when I lose connection to the world/earth around me, THAT is also when I lose connection to myself.

šŸš¶šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļøSo if youā€™re out walking by the Maribyrnong river and you see me sitting in a tree or hugging one, come and say hi or even join in!! You may feel the shift too. šŸ˜œ
