For the first time since its founding, the Studio Nocturne SF group of night photographers will not participate at the San Francisco Open Studios. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

But this week, Manu & Greta Schnetzler, aka Schnetzler Photography, and Daniel Leu will show at an.ä.log Gallery. Please join them for their opening reception this Thursday or during the weekend. Apart of some nocturnal images, they show mixed media photography and more abstract photography. They are joined by mixed media artist Paule Merlin.

Harvey Abernathey spent over 40 hours of planning to capture this unique early morning view of the San Francisco skyline and three bridge sections...along with a rising Crescent Moon under the Golden Gate Bridge. To learn more about this story along with exploring the work of other Studio Nocturne SF night photographers, come visit us in our PopUp this Sunday, Oct. 3rd at the American Industrial Center at 960 Illinois St. (at 20th).

Bring along a picnic lunch to visit the new Crane Cove Park about a block north of our PopUp, then join us for some stories and photographic art.
