Just a gentle reminder when booking sessions: my standard turnaround time for most sessions is up to 2 weeks. ❤️

If you are needing images back for birthdays, parties, announcements, invitations, holidays, etc., please make sure to book your session early enough to allow editing time.

While I do offer rush editing, it’s important to understand what that means behind the scenes. Rush delivery requires me to work outside of my normal business hours in order to keep my current editing queue on schedule and make sure all clients still receive their galleries on time.

I’ve tried my best to accommodate last-minute requests without enforcing rush fees, but with the current volume of sessions, it has started affecting delivery timelines for other clients. Because of that, I’m no longer able to provide early delivery prior to the promised turnaround date unless a rush edit has been arranged in advance.

I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and support while I continue working hard to give each gallery the time and detailed editing it deserves. ✨

Hey Photo Family ❤️📸

I have something really special I want to share with you all!

For a long time now, I’ve been trying to think of ways I could use my love of photography to give back in a meaningful way. One thing I’ve noticed over the years is just how many elders in our community still don’t have professional portraits of themselves. Not because they aren’t deserving of them, but because life moves fast, they spent years taking care of everyone else, or it simply was never something they thought to do.

That hits close to home for me, because a huge part of why I do what I do comes from the photographs I have of my own family. Many of you know my mother was also a photographer for nearly 30 years. Because of her, I have priceless photos of relatives and loved ones whose stories may have otherwise gone undocumented. Some of those people are no longer here, and those photos mean more to me now than I could ever explain.

So with that in mind, I want to introduce something very close to my heart:

✨ The Living Legacy Portrait Project ✨

Once a month, I will be selecting one elder from our community for a complimentary fine art portrait session. Sessions may take place in studio, in-home, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice, hospital rooms, outdoors, or wherever feels most meaningful and comfortable for them.

Each selected nominee will receive:
• A complimentary portrait session
• 3 professionally edited digital images
• The option to purchase additional images or products if desired (completely optional)

This project is open to elders from all walks of life. No one will be asked to prove financial need or personal circumstances. My hope is simply that these sessions first reach individuals who may have never had professional portraits made of themselves, or who may not have updated portraits from recent years.

I want this project to be rooted in honor, storytelling, and preserving the people who mean the most to us while we still can.

If there is someone in your life whose story deserves to be remembered, I would love for you to nominate them.
