London, start your engines - Peppermint’s documentary is coming to the big screen in the UK 🇬🇧💋
We are proud to announce that the award-winning documentary “A Deeper Love: The Story of Miss Peppermint” will make its UK premiere at followed by a weeklong London theatrical run starting July 23.
The premiere will be introduced by Drag Race UK star ✨🫦𝓝𝔂𝓸𝓷𝓰𝓫𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓪 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓮 𝓡𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓽𝔂🫦✨ , followed by a virtual Q&A with director Oriel Pe’er (Oriel Pe’er)
🎬 Executive Produced by elliotpage and Bob/ Caldwell Tidicue , this documentary is an intimate and inspiring portrait of trailblazing performer, activist and Black trans icon Miss PepperMint following nearly a decade in her life from New York nightlife to RuPaul’s Drag Race, Broadway, and global advocacy.
🏳️⚧️ Presented in partnership with Trans Legal Clinic, and a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the the UK’s first trans-led legal charity, providing free legal and social transition support to trans and non-binary communities.
