V O W // renewal elopement vibes at Killyon Manor and Trim Castle. Meredith and Brice got married on St Patrick’s day so it seemed pretty fitting that they travelled over to renew their vows here a year later. Fans of stone walls, castle ruins and nature in all its glory, they couldn’t have picked better locations. Here’s a tiny preview of their gorgeous ceremony at Killyon’s forest chapel.

These are head and shoulders the best way to get comfy with the idea of having a photographer around on the day itself. Kinda like a dress rehearsal (without the dress) or a warm up before a big run. The upshot is usually that couples are way more relaxed and smiley re their photos and film on the day because it’s all that bit more familiar, and we’re that bit more familiar. Bonus being you’re left with some nice shots of you guys whilst you’re still single (technically) for the archive/invitations/signing board etc.

Another little post that didn't make it this far...

H E L L O • A U T U M N // little preview from last weekend. There was a new chill in the air but the weather played nice enough to let us walk to the church and run around for a few photos before sheltering with good company, amazing food and an endless supply of turf in the cosiest candlelit hangout.

T W E N T Y • T H R E E // ish years ago, I first met Caroline. She was wearing a dodgy purple jumpsuit (similar to my own, equally dodgy purple jumpsuit), sitting on a bench at Skydive Langar waiting for the weather to clear. Half a lifetime later and without any sign of dated sporting attire, here she is marrying Stewart. So very very happy for your happiness Caroline and Stewart, and glad to have played the tiniest part in your gorgeous wedding.
