At in Nakivale Refugee Settlement, learning continues even without the things many would consider essential.
In this session, our students are exploring photography and basic digital skills, learning how to observe, create, and express themselves in new ways.
For many of them, this is not just about using a camera it is about discovering confidence, curiosity, and a sense of possibility.
These are young people who have faced displacement and limited access to education, yet their willingness to learn remains strong.
Each moment spent practicing, asking questions, and trying something new is a step toward a different future.
We are currently working with very limited resources often borrowing equipment and using outdoor spaces but the vision is clear:
to build a stable learning environment where these young minds can grow consistently and develop real, life-changing skills.
With the right support, this small beginning can become something much bigger.
We remain open to collaboration, support, and partnerships with anyone who believes in creating opportunities for young people.
