One year ago, I took a leap of faith and invested in Mama’s Lace & Grace Studio and my photography business. Looking back, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I’m incredibly grateful for this beautiful space and for the opportunity to share it with such a wonderful community of photographers. Watching this studio grow and become a place where memories are created has been so rewarding.

This year also marks another exciting milestone…I’m officially taking photography full time and stepping away from teaching for now. It’s both exciting and a little scary, but I’m so ready for this next chapter.

None of this would have been possible without my fiancé and mom. Their love, support, encouragement, and countless hours spent helping bring my vision to life have meant everything.

Thank you to every client, photographer, friend, and family member who has supported me along the way. Cheers to one amazing year, and to many more memories, milestones, and moments to come! 🤍

My newborn sessions are completely baby led and relaxed, with plenty of time for feeding, soothing, snuggles, & capturing all of those little moments in between. Parents, siblings, and all the tiny details are always included because these memories deserve to be preserved forever 🤍

Finley Farms will forever be one of my favorite spots for maternity + family sessions 🤍 The golden light, open fields, and peaceful vibes make it so dreamy every single time.

Jordan + Matt were such a joy to photograph. They laughed the whole session, trusted the process, and made the evening feel so easy and fun. That’s always my goal, not just beautiful photos, but giving my clients an experience they’ll actually enjoy and memories they’ll look back on long after the photos are posted.

Cannot wait for these two to meet their little one 🤍

Scarlett is FOUR 💕

And like most 4 year olds, she gave us a little bit of everything during her session 😂 A few silly moods, a little sass, some sweet smiles, and somehow we still ended up with the cutest photos ever.

The confetti was a hit, the giant balloon barely survived, and Scarlett kept us on our toes the whole time, which honestly made the session even more fun and real!

Fresh 48 sessions just hit different.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my cozy, styled newborn sessions in the studio… but there’s something about these first hours. The quiet. The emotion. The way everything still feels brand new.

The tiny details. Dad’s hands. Mom holding her baby for the first time. The beginning of it all.

Getting to document moments like this and watch families grow over the years is something I will never take for granted.

Truly so, so blessed to do this 🤍

Okay… I had so many likes on my story I figured I might as well make it a post! 🤍

I don’t share milestone sessions very often, but this one was just way too cute not to.

I’ve been photographing this sweet family since they were just a couple, and watching their story unfold has been such a joy. The fact that I get to continue documenting their growing family is truly such an honor.

It was so special having him in the studio and watching big sister already love on him so gently.
