Drove 2.5 hours to see .c.r.a.p.s at show in a nice hall in Bangalow, NSW

Torrential rain was fun in the drive but it was a nice chill and dry drive home after.

Ended up putting my main camera back in the car to the enjoy the rest of the show after but did take some film point and shoot black and white to be developed in the future.

And so my last show as a /Brisbane resident..

Was a good one too. The brainz .at and the venue put on a lovely show with .daskas playing with , and providing worthy supports.

Would like to thanks for putting on all these lovely shows, it was somewhat a privilege to have all this music curated for me without me needing to week out new stuff and appreciate my exposure to what muzaks everyone was up to.

Documenting stuff proper started for me in the early 10's as a "value added skill" , something to do at gigs I was already going too. Deep behind that was a certain pain and disappointment that almost every show I went to on the noghties including ones I played be it solo as or in bands like Impromptulons and Old Growth Cola went undocumented for the most part, only vague hungover memories for those who attended.

That said if you can put me up for a night or 2 I'm happy to drive back 3.5 hours to do more werk in Brisbane, I guess my prolific period is over.

I guess I have a kinda slow goodbye going for Meanjin / Brisbane

Basically due to the cromulent state of aged care in this country along with the rent being too damn high, I've decided to leave Brisbane and live in the country for a bit.

Will still get out as I'm only 3.5 hours away.

After a long drive earlier on the day (for me) we settled in for an offering by .at and at the surprisingly spacious .store (which is my sometimes lunchtime record browse / purchase place.).

Playing was (who also played on the excellent a year ago or so in / , supported by .cxnt and .

I guess film fotos to come but a lovely littlr nite.

has been putting out (amongst other things) compilations of local bands covering local bands.

Last Friday the 3rd one of these was launched with , and playing at .

Lovely venue (used to be called The Healer and used to be a church before that).

This is a blend of digital and film photos.

Me being a cucumber forgot to bring my wallet and ID to the valley and had to madly cycle home and back and almost miss . Oops sorry

Set of normie and something weird film shots from launch a few weeks back with and the always amazing all at .

Films are for colour with the super handy and is with good olde on the not so compact / . All home developed and scanned.

Didn't feel like splitting out experimental /psychadelic with more standard shots for / .rygielski.photo so lines are blurred between the two ha.

I guess I've been a lazy human and not posting posts like I am supposed to. Been shooting a fair bit of film photos and not doing much video.
