10 or 12 years ago, I was working on construction sites in France as a plumber, sometimes in the freezing cold. I already had responsibilities and large teams to manage, but I was still working for someone else.

At that time, I never imagined that one day I would build my own video production company in Vietnam.

Today, when I watch our 2026 showreel, I really realize how far we’ve come.

This year has been incredibly rich, with ambitious productions, major clients and projects I’m genuinely proud of. But when I think about all the years it took to get here, there is one person I need to thank more than anyone else: my wife.

She has supported me from the beginning, guided me through many important decisions and stood beside me through the doubts, risks and sacrifices that come with building a business. A big part of what we have today exists because of her.

I never went to film school and I didn’t follow the traditional path into this industry. I simply had the passion to learn, work hard and keep improving project after project.

This showreel means much more to me than a collection of beautiful images or big clients. It reminds me that you don’t always need the “right” diploma or the perfect background to build something you truly believe in.

I’m very proud of what we’ve built, and deeply grateful to my wife, our crew and every client who has trusted us along the way.

The journey starts earlier than you think. 👶

Saigon Videographer is proud to continue its 4-year collaboration with La Petite École Ho Chi Minh City this time stepping into their nursery, welcoming children from as young as 1 year old.

With French as the primary language and small groups of around 13 children, every child receives the individual attention they deserve. Dedicated workshops are designed to support motor skills and language development in a safe, nurturing environment while an outdoor play area gives little ones the space to explore, move, and grow freely.

And it doesn’t stop there — from day one, children are gently prepared for the bilingual French/English program that awaits them in the years ahead.

Filming the youngest learners is always a special challenge one that requires trust, patience, and years of experience working with children. It’s a challenge we embrace with every shoot. 🎬

More than a year later, we’re still very proud of this series we produced for petite ecole 🎬

Rather than trying to fit the whole school experience into one film, we created a series of videos around different parts of life at La Petite École: Support Langues, l’enseignement bilingue, Focus Professeurs, AES, and One Day at the Nursery.

Each film had its own focus, but together they gave parents a much broader view of the school, its teachers, its approach to languages and what a typical day can actually feel like for the children.

It was also part of a collaboration with LPE that has continued across several productions over the years, which meant we could keep building on what we already understood about the school instead of starting from zero with every new brief.

These videos may have been released over a year ago, but they remain a project we’re genuinely proud of.

Lights on. Camera rolling. Volume up. 🎶🎥

We recently had the pleasure of filming a DJ set for a talented artist right here in Ho Chi Minh City and this one was anything but ordinary.

We scouted and booked the perfect café venue, coordinated the full setup, and created a custom gobo projected through a high-power projector to display her logo in massive scale across the scene. 🔆

On the technical side, our DOP captured every moment on gimbal for fluid, cinematic shots while our drone operator took to the skies to film the set from above. 🚁

The result? A night shoot that felt like a full production. Because it was.

We are very proud to see the final result of this Euronews production in Vietnam.

Our team handled the local fixing, permit applications, research, preparation, logistics and coordination throughout the project. Several filming locations were remote and difficult to access, which made the organisation particularly demanding, but everything went smoothly on the ground.

Beyond the production itself, I am glad to see countries such as Japan supporting developing nations in preparing for natural disasters and climate-related risks. These initiatives can make a real difference for communities that are particularly exposed.

A great result from last night’s event! 🔥

We’re proud to see our custom gobo perform flawlessly through an entire one-hour DJ set at full projector power.

This project started with our client’s vision. Our team redesigned the artwork, adapted it for gobo projection, and worked with a laser-cutting specialist to produce it in stainless steel for maximum heat resistance and durability.

After extensive research, testing, and fine-tuning, seeing it come to life exactly as intended was incredibly rewarding.
