Trinix Creative Studio đang tìm thêm một bạn PA hỗ trợ EP và Post Producer sắp xếp và điều phối sản xuất Hậu kỳ và 3D. Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.

🌿 Mô tả công việc:
- Hỗ trợ EP và Producer nhắc nhở, sắp xếp và điều phối các công việc theo yêu cầu.
- Làm việc với team nội bộ, theo dõi quá trình và báo cáo tình hình cho Producer.
- Ghi nhận biên bản họp.
- Hỗ trợ trình bày proposal cùng với team.

🌿 Yêu cầu:
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và linh hoạt xử lý tình huống.
- Có thể sử dụng cơ bản công cụ văn phòng như Google Drive, Excel, PPT…
- Yêu thích ngành quảng cáo, sản xuất hậu kỳ và 3D cũng sẽ giúp bạn yêu thích công việc này hơn.
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.

🌿 Quyền lợi:
- Lương: thỏa thuận theo năng lực (kinh nghiệm nếu có) + thưởng.
- Phụ cấp cơm trưa.
- BHXH, BHYT đầy đủ.

🔴 Mô tả công việc:
- Sắp xếp, tổ chức và điều phối sản xuất các dự án của công ty theo đúng tiến độ.
- Làm việc với client, nhận thông tin, nhu cầu, chốt brief và báo giá với khách hàng.
- Làm việc với team nội bộ, theo dõi quá trình và thúc đẩy tiến độ công việc.
- Ghi nhận biên bản họp, tổng hợp feedback từ khách và nội bộ.
- Hỗ trợ trình bày proposal cùng với team.

🔴 Yêu cầu:
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và linh hoạt xử lý tình huống.
- Có thể sử dụng cơ bản công cụ văn phòng như Google Drive, Excel, PPT…
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh là lợi thế.
