One cartridge. One take. No second chances. 🎞️

We recently had the privilege of supporting a French production team competing in the Straight 8 Film Festival one of the most demanding filmmaking challenges in the world: shoot an entire short film on a single Super 8 cartridge, in order, with no editing and no post-production.

Every frame counted. Every second mattered.

Our contribution? Location scouting across Ho Chi Minh City, full casting coordination to find our two actresses, and seamless on-set communication between the French crew and the Vietnamese cast made possible by our local DOP who bridged the language gap and kept everyone perfectly in sync.

Shooting on Super 8 is a rare and humbling experience. This one reminded us why we love this job. 🎬

Now comes the hardest part waiting. The cartridge has been sent off and we won't be able to see the rushes until next May. Fingers crossed. 🤞

We are very proud to see the final result of this Euronews production in Vietnam.

Our team handled the local fixing, permit applications, research, preparation, logistics and coordination throughout the project. Several filming locations were remote and difficult to access, which made the organisation particularly demanding, but everything went smoothly on the ground.

Beyond the production itself, I am glad to see countries such as Japan supporting developing nations in preparing for natural disasters and climate-related risks. These initiatives can make a real difference for communities that are particularly exposed.

⚽ The final video is now live!

A few weeks ago, our team had the privilege of contributing to the filming of a major LALIGA Legends event in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together some of the most recognised names in Spanish and international football.

It was a fantastic experience capturing the energy of the event, the atmosphere around the players and the excitement of seeing football legends reunited in Vietnam.

We are proud to have supported this international production and excited to finally share the finished video.
