If you have already booked a photoshoot appointment, please make sure to cancel at least 2–3 days before the shooting date, and kindly provide a proper reason when canceling.☺️
Canceling only on the morning of the shoot with just one short message is not acceptable.🥲

I am working professionally, and since I am a photographer who provides services to many foreigners, especially clients who are difficult to secure deposits from, I usually reserve dates based on trust. When clients want to reschedule, I always try my best to adjust for them.📸

However, canceling suddenly with just one short message shows a lack of respect for the photographer who reserved the date for you based on trust. This also causes losses, and other clients who need that same date miss their chance. I only accept one couple per day because I want to give each client a focused and dedicated session.📸

Because of situations like this, new clients who want to book later may lose confidence. Most of my clients are Filipino couples💙, and I have worked with many of them. That’s why it is disappointing to lose trust over issues like this.😥

From now on, since booking is based on trust, if you cancel last minute, I will have to put you on a blacklist. I want to prevent situations where people feel they can easily cancel after reserving a date with commitment—not only for me, but also for other photographers.

Today, due to this cancellation, I had to stay home and accept the loss.

We can take photos around Sapa town, Cat Cat Village, or other beautiful nearby spots.

You can choose either a 1-day or 2-day shoot, depending on your plan.
