Thomas, she spent many hours in the water and at the beach growing up. She gained her love for photography from her mother who always had a camera on hand to capture life's unpredictable moments. That love turned into a passion and she decided to make a career out of it. Rebecca attended the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY (Kodak country) and graduated with a BFA of Photography.

After spending many years in the cold, she decided that it was time to head home. Rebecca is a US Virgin Island based photographer specializing in infant, toddler, engagement, wedding, bo***ir, underwater, & fine art photography. She one of a handful of professional photographers permitted to shoot in the St. John National Park.

These two always say that to each other. It's a really powerful statement. As long as we have each other. . . We are stronger together. We can do anything. We will be having fun. Our love will grow. There are so many wonderful ways you could finish that and they all make me feel fuzzy. Congrats Brian + Lindsay, this was such a fun day to capture! It's becoming a tradition to spend the morning of Memorial Day with the Rock Life CrossFit community for their Hero WOD. It may be an early morning, but this group shows up ready to crush this intense workout, support their friends both verbally and physically, and honor fallen Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy. As always, I was impressed by the determination of each member and their strength as a community!

"Choose joy." ~ Unknown

So I tried to post these yesterday, but the internet had a carnival hangover! Last week was full of joy! Is anyone else going through carnival withdrawal? I am convinced I will be finding glitter everywhere for the next year!

I had SO much fun! I am already dreaming of next year's fetê and all of the beauty and joy it will bring! Many, many thanks to the Infernos Carnival Troupe for being so incredible!

While I chose to be in the moment and enjoy being in the parade without my camera {it was such a difficult decision to make} you know I wouldn't make it the whole day without taking some photos on my phone.

I am not sure if I can decide my favorite part: the live performances in the village, the Infernos Boat Ride, Jouvert, the Children's Parade, the Adult Parade, or the return of the fireworks!!! Did you have a favorite carnival moment? Mine might just be the joy and happiness I saw on everyone's faces!
