CHRISTMAS FOR A CAUSE EVENT INFORMATION!

November 7, 2026 from 11am-3pm

Come out for an afternoon of Christmas Cheer!

Acacia Photography-MN is helping host a Christmas for a Cause Fundraising Event at RideAbility , a Therapeutic Riding Center, in Pine Island. We are also partnering with Santa C and Gigi Claus, LLC for this event!

The event is free-will donation and activities include a Letter Writing station where kids can write a letter to Santa and place it in the mailbox, festive treats and food, photo booth areas, games, crafts, a small Christmas Shopping style vendor market, and meeting the horses of RideAbility. There will also be a special appearance by Santa Claus himself!

Those interested in having photos taken with the horses and Santa can book a time slot ahead of time with Acacia Photography-MN. If you book a photo package ahead of time, you do not need to pay a "free will donation" to enter the event, but feel free to donate if you feel called to do so. Suggested prices and details:

**Photo booth set ups are free to use on your own, with your phone**

**Jingle Snapshot
$30- 2 digital photos
Horse only

**Festive Keepsake
`$45- 3 digital photos
Photos with horse and Santa (individual and together)

**North Pole Deluxe
$60- 5 digital photos
Photos with horse, Santa, and Santa's Sleigh!

Photo options with the horses and Santa are encouraged to be booked and paid for ahead of time to ensure you get photos taken! If you want to reserve a time, you must pay in advance to prevent no shows as we had quite a few last year. Each session is booked in 15 minute time slots, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins if possible.

Proceeds go to RideAbility to support the horses this winter as well as buy much needed supplies to keep classes running smoothly and safely in 2027.

Do you own or work for a business that would be willing to donate items to a Christmas fundraiser for RideAbility in November? Or just a family/person that would love to help out a great cause?

We are starting early this year and looking for donations of food items (chips, apple cider, hot cocoa, candy canes, mini marshmallows, meat cheese and cracker tray, chili...or the stuff to make chili if you dont wanna cook lol, etc), monetary donations that will go directly to RideAbility to support the care of the horses through the winter months, your time volunteering to help during the event...anything/everything helps!

We are also looking for a handful of vendors to come and set up handmade items for sale that they are willing to donate/share some of their proceeds with RideAbility (they choose how much they are willing to donate of what they make). So if you, your kid, your neighbor, make items they love to sell please let me know or send them my way!
