Yesterday I attended a memorial service for a wonderful lady whom I have known since childhood. Judy Johnson Gushwa was killed in a horrible automobile accident, and her husband was severely injured. Judy was the most fun and hilarious woman! I had the pleasure of meeting her for lunch twice in the 6 months before her death. We talked and laughed for 4 hours both times! Please remember her husband, two daughters and their husbands, and four grandchildren in prayer. They miss her so much! If you feel inclined to look up an old friend after long years of little contact- DO IT! Judy was one in a million, and I am so glad to have met her family that she loved so much!

I’ve been sending out our newsletter via email to those whose addresses we have and will post here and send a few by snail mail. We are hoping that we can count on folks to make a donation during the month of June. Everyone has been so kind and generous throughout the last 12 years in supporting our endeavor to provide grieving families with a portrait of their loved one. We presented Jennifer Dolack with a portrait of her mother, Carol Zaccaro. Carol was 83, and passed away on April 23,2025. She left behind her beloved husband Christopher- theirs was a love story for the ages. Carol had a very strong faith, and will be missed by many.
