Because our programs are growing, Our Choice Human Services (OCHS) is expanding our team and looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Direct Support Providers (DSPs) to join us.

As a DSP, you’ll work directly with individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities, supporting them in their daily lives and helping them grow more independent while staying safe, respected, and included in their community.

💚 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building positive, supportive relationships with members
• Monitoring overall well-being and ensuring a safe environment
• Assisting with personal care (dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding)
• Supporting members during community outings, appointments, and shopping
• Helping with mobility, lifting, and exercises as needed
• Following care plans and documenting daily progress
• Preparing or assisting with healthy meals
• Maintaining a clean and healthy living environment
• Communicating professionally with families and team members

💚 What We’re Looking For:
• Compassionate and patient individuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance)
• Willingness to complete required training (CPR, First Aid, Article 9, Medication Administration, etc.)
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and respect for the people we serve

📣 NOW HIRING — RESIDENTIAL MANAGER

Our Choice Human Services is looking for a caring, responsible, and dependable Residential Manager to join our team.

We serve adults and children with developmental disabilities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity in our community. 💚

✨ Qualifications:

• 21+ years old
• AZ Driver’s License & clean record
• HS Diploma or GED
• Able to pass background check & obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Card
• Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
• Reliable, responsible & able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
• Able to lift 50 lbs alone / 100 lbs with help

✨ Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the group home
• Support members with care, goals & medical needs
• Supervise and guide staff (TEAMWORK!)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive home
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Transport members to appointments & activities
• Document daily notes, vitals, behaviors, etc.
• Administer medications (training provided)
• Communicate with doctors, pharmacies, guardians & case managers
• Attend trainings (CPR, First Aid, Article 9, etc.)

During our OCHS Administrative meetings, we focus on common goals, work-related objectives, problem solving, quality care, health & safety, and project developments. We consistently bring our OCHS team members together to communicate, collaborate, and align. Through the core practice of Conversational Leadership, we have found that regular and effective huddles motivate, unite, and connect our team, fostering stronger communication and collaboration skills.
