I'm really pleased with how this came out. While most of my images are many photos encompassing hours of exposure stacked together to pull out dim nebulosity, this image is a single photo of the Hyades open cluster. This is the closest star cluster to the sun. The bright, yellow star dead center is Aldebaran, and is not actually a part of the cluster but nonetheless adds a striking centerpoint to this particular region of the night sky! This image will look best fullscreen, as you will be able to see all of the individual star colors.
