My coping mechanism is unconventional: tiny humans, swaddle blankets, and total silence for two hours. No phone. No noise. Just peace. Some people find their reset in a gym or a good book- I find mine in a dark room with a sleeping newborn on repeat. This isnā€™t just what I do. Itā€™s my calling. Itā€™s my peace. šŸ¤
