2027 VENDOR MARKET SIGN UPS ARE OPEN!

The Shutter House is getting ready for an exciting season of monthly vendor markets, and we’re officially opening sign ups for April & May 2027 — or you can secure your spot for the ENTIRE SEASON!

We’re welcoming small businesses, handmade vendors, boutiques, makers, bakers, and more to join us for a season of shopping, community, and supporting local businesses!

VENDOR PRICING

Single Market Booth: $45 per show
• 12x12 vendor space

Full Season Package: $320 for all 8 shows!
• Secure your spot for the entire season
• Only $40 per show
• Save $40 compared to booking individually!

2027 MARKET DATES
Our markets will take place on the first Sunday of each month from April through November, with one exception:

July’s market will take place on the second Sunday of July due to the holiday weekend!

Our first ever Trunk or Treat at The Shutter House was a success!

Over 350 kiddos came through tonight, and my heart is so full. Seeing so many families come out and enjoy something we put together means more than you know.

Thank you to every family who came out, every person who volunteered, and everyone who helped make tonight possible. We couldn’t have done it without you!

I’m so grateful for this community and the opportunity to create events where families can come together and make memories. Thank you for showing up and making our very first Trunk or Treat one to remember!

Starting in 2027, you’ll be able to rent our luxury cotton candy cart for your special day!

Think birthdays, baby showers, graduations, weddings & more!

Our cart will feature a sleek, modern design, and every rental will include an attendant hand spinning fresh cotton candy for your guests. Plus, guests will get to choose their favorite flavor from our very own cotton candy flavor bar!

A fun, unique touch your guests won’t forget!

A little peek at the things that happen behind the scenes to keep The Shutter House looking its best! 🤎

Repainting and sealing the studio floors before we head into the thick of Christmas season!

We’ve had SO much foot traffic through the studio that the floors already needed some love, and honestly, that’s a pretty wonderful problem to have. It makes me so happy knowing how many of you are coming through my space and loving it just as much as I do!

Owning a studio is so much more than just opening the doors. There’s always something to clean, fix, update, or prepare for, and I’m constantly trying to make sure the space stays beautiful for all of you.

I guess I’ll be adding floor painter to my resume after this one. 😂

Thank you for keeping this little dream of mine so busy. I truly love seeing what The Shutter House has become, and I can’t wait for everything we have coming up this Christmas season!

A little busy season heads up from me 🤎

We are officially in the thick of busy season, and I just wanted to give everyone a little heads up that my response times may be a little slower over the next month or two!

Right now, I have 162 Christmas minis booked (which is honestly crazy to say out loud! 🥹), and that doesn’t even include all of my other family sessions, weddings, and everything going on with renters and events at the studio.

As much as I wish I could respond to everyone right away, I’m doing my very best to balance it all while making sure I’m giving my clients the time, attention, and care they deserve. Between editing galleries, shooting sessions, and keeping up with everything behind the scenes, some messages may take me a little longer to get back to than usual.

Please know that I’m not ignoring you, and I promise I WILL get back to you! I’m just one person trying to keep all the plates spinning right now.

I truly feel so blessed to be this busy, and I never want that to come across as me taking any of you or your support for granted. I appreciate every single booking, message, referral, and bit of support more than you know!

If something is urgent, please start your message with SOS so I know to prioritize it.

Membership Details
Membership requires monthly payments of $55 for 12 consecutive months. Members will have the option to renew their membership in December 2026 for the upcoming year.

If you miss a payment, a $35 late fee is added & you’ll have one week to bring your account current. If late payment & monthly payment is not received within that timeframe, your membership will be canceled, and sessions cannot be used any further.
