As I walked through Mill Creek Park with Sophia yesterday, I couldn’t help but realize that in just a week, all this beautiful fall color will fade away. My favorite season always goes by too fast, just a few short weeks of gold before the world turns to winter.

Soon it will be Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the close of another year. Another wonderful year. The busiest of my career.

And honestly, I’m just so thankful for everyone who loves my art, my work, and this wild, beautiful life I get to live.

We take fun seriously around here.
If your idea of a perfect session includes laughing until you cry and maybe wearing a pumpkin on your head, we’re probably a good fit.

Rebecca and Tyler’s wedding day was everything a fall celebration should be, cozy, heartfelt, and full of love.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they said “I do” right in their own backyard in Mansfield, Ohio. The evening sun dipped low just in time for a golden sunset ceremony and portraits that felt straight out of a dream.

Simple, relaxed, and overflowing with joy, the perfect way to start forever.

Our Story

Hello there! If you're reading this then that probably means you are wondering what I am all about. Well let me tell you I am so horrible at describing myself! I will say that I won't bore you with every detail of my life, but here are some of the most important things to me. My daughter, my husband, and my dog take up most of the room in my heart. Without them I wouldn't be the person I am today. They push me, believe in me (yes the dog too), and help me every single day to be the artist that I want to be. I am a country girl who moved to the suburbs of Youngstown. Coming from Kinsman to Austintown was almost a culture shock! A walmart 10 minutes from my house?! Moving out here is also how I met my husband in 2008. I was an unemployed college student looking for a job and he fell in love with my eccentric quirkiness while training me. I love sitting outside to work on my computer in the summer watching Rosie play in one of her many water toys. I love the sound of crickets in the evening. I love the quiet of the night, the feeling of the ocean on my feet, Tacos and italian food, and one thing you will never see me without is coffee!

I love exploring new places that no one else knows about. Driving in my car with the windows down and loud folk & indie music playing from one of my many spotify playlists. The one other part of my heart is photography. So many of my clients are surprised when I say I have been shooting for 15 years. I promise it is not an exaggeration! When I was in highschool I picked up my first digital camera and never looked back. I even remember showing my work to my high school english teacher and she scolded me for wanting to study psychology and not photography! For the last 11 years of my life being in business right out of high school has been a huge learning curve for me. I have persevered and made what I wanted happen. I have learned, grown, and met so many wonderful people. I have traveled for weddings, and cried during EVERY ceremony and father daughter dance. I have listened to seniors describe all of their beautiful dreams of being doctors, sports announcers, journalists, and teachers. I wouldn't trade any of my time meeting so many wonderful people for the world. Thank you for reading my ramblings, Lauren Sandor
