This is the Cygnus wall and part of the North America Nebula. Processed with an HOO color palette to highlight the OIII emission in the bulk of the nebula and the HA emission in the Cygnus wall.

I took this over the course of 4 nights in my backyard with a dual narrowband filter for the nebula and a UV/IR cut filter for the stars. The combined integration time was 10 hours, 4 minutes.

Been getting into astrophotography lately. This is the Orion Nebula, which is located inside the Milky Way. Lots of dust and faint details are all throughout space but barely any of it can be seen with the naked eye. This is almost 3 hours of stacked and tracked images.
