Challenging the 4th day of the trip. Heavy snow but managed to get here!
is the little sister of waterfall. During winter accessibility to those location becomes harder and harder and some places from my bucket list have to be skipped.
Here, Frozen paths and unstable weather condition can turn an usual easy hike into something a bit more challenging.
The height of those Basalt Columns standing against the water flow are so imposing and make this view breathtaking.. way better than warm summer shoots, don’t you think?

3rd Day round tripping and our Journey continues down the east end of the south coast.
Do I need to describe what I felt capturing this view?
Just telling that I didn’t care the less once I came back to the car and found the car battery dead! We had to push it for quite some meters to get back on the road! To be honest, I wouldn’t have minded spending a bit more time in this epic place...wouldn’t you?

Down into the glacier.
is an outlet glacier of , the largest in Europe.
Waterproof gear, crampons and we were ready for hiking on ice!
We found this tiny opened last month...Still tiny but truly wonderful.
Thanks to our 2nd day of this epic journey started this way! Have you ever been into a glacier?

Zero visibility.
Few minutes later, it suddenly stops, haze disappear and colour and shapes come back in place.

Getting here at sunset is a must and we were a bit late for a change.. Quickly set up tripod, filter,exposure and here we go.
Water drops on the lens are part of the shoot as water was everywhere!! The power of this waterfall is huge! I ended up with a soak wet camera but with a big smile! Hope you enjoy!
